March 14th, 2019 was my first encounter w/Dr. Daws & his staff. From beginning to end it was seemles & pleasant. State of the art in appearance & technology, but most importantly was the kindness of the staff. If I ever need the assistance of an endodontist, I will definitely chose them again.

My entire experience from initial contact through the root canal was excellent. Everyone knows that root canals are not a favorite thing to do, but they made the experience as pleasant as possible. The staff is friendly, efficient and professional, from the reception to the surgical assistants. Dr. Lang was kind, gentle and courteous, explaining the procedure and letting me know what to expect as we moved along in the procedure. I highly recommend this facility.

My journey started with Dr. Lang and his staff as a recommendation from my dentist to have a root canal. Dr. Lang took me on as a client and really didn't know what he was getting into. My husband and I were in a very tragic car accident that left me with some residual trauma. Every time I am in the dental chair it is reminiscent of the time I was strapped down, worked over, choking on blood in my throat and unable to breath due to blood in my nose. My body reacts and I panic. Dr. Lang and his staff have been very kind, patient and accepting of the trauma and its effects. They have been very gentle and understanding with hugs and high fives all around as each time I overcome an obstacle. It has been very frustrating as I used to be unaffected by dental appointments. In truth I was the one who would go in for a cavity and say, no gas, no numbing just drill it and fill it. Not anymore! I am grateful for their patience, kindness and understanding and would recommend that if you struggle with anxiety whatever the reason that you give them a chance to help you.

A few weeks ago my dentist referred me to Dr. Lang for a root canal and I was so nervous. From the moment I arrived the office was very inviting and friendly. Dr. Lang was amazing to top it off. He was gentle and accommodating! He did such a good job I wish he could just handle all my dental work regardless the procedure!

My root canal redo was a good experience. I felt I was in very capable hands with Dr Lang as he was highly recommended and I found that to be the case, as it was a very positive experience. Today wasn't my first visit to Orchard Endodontics. I had my appointment with Dr. Lang today for an evaluation and recommendation for root canal treatment on a front tooth. He went over all the options for treatment and I opted to start the root canal today. The process was actually very relaxing, and I got a good nap in.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lang and his staff. I had a badly infected root/tooth that needed many treatments. I was only charged the initial charge even though I had to be treated many times over the course of 9 months. Dr. Lang's gentle and reassuring bedside manner is very calming in a nervous situation. The rest of the staff were very kind as well. I highly recommend this doctor and office.

Dr. Lang was fantastic! I was very nervous even for the evaluation, but he talked me through the entire procedure. Now I can be one of the people who gives root canals a good rep.

Dr. Brodsky has a calm, caring, demeanor and is very professional. While waiting to have my root canal performed, I could hear her speaking with a child she was working on in the next room and couldn't help but think what a special person she is. Her staff was just as caring and professional. I was referred by my dentist and Dr. Brodsky saw me right away. After doing some tests and X rays, she determined I needed a root canal. I was able to schedule a 6:00 pm appt two days later - not many dentists or specialists have evening hours and I was happy they could work around my schedule. The pain was horrendous by the time I came back for the appt - they said I should've called and they would have gotten me in sooner (me not wanting to miss work was totally stupid!). I'll remember that if I ever experience this again!

After visiting Dr Gadioli's office because of severe pain, he referred me to see Dr Lang. I was seen within hours. The staff was very helpful and caring. I truly appreciated this because of my discomfort. I was in a lot of pain. Dr Lang explained what was going on and it was decided that I needed a Root Canal. I have to say I really don't like having dental work done, I usually white nuckle my way through the visit. Like I said they're very caring and kind here. Dr. Brodsky performed root canal treatment on me today and it was such a great experience compared to my previous root canal. I always dislike the shots, but the visit was pain free. Now I see why Dr. Noffert speaks so highly of her!

I came in very nervous due to a previous experience. Dr. Brodsky explained exactly what she was going to do and what to expect. She was very understanding when I explained how nervous I was. The shots were nowhere near as uncomfortable as I was anticipating. I barely felt them. She let me know exactly what she was doing while working and what types of sounds to expect. I was pretty nervous about getting the dreaded procedure known as a Root Canal, but Orchard Endodontics made it a piece of cake. I had a tooth really start to hurt on Memorial weekend. I went to my dentist Tuesday morning and he couldn't find anything so he sent me to Dr. Lang that same day. Dr. Lang worked me in, talked me through what needed to happen and scheduled my appointment for one week later. When I got there for the appointment, I got right in and both Dr. Lang and his assistant were great. I am not good with needles and they treated me great so I was comfortable. Start to finish, the best medical or dental experience I've had in 45 years. After a referral from my dentist, I contacted Orchard for a possible root canal. The technology integration has been outstanding from the start, with filling out questionnaires online ahead of time, to medical devices used during the procedure. Got in within a day for a root canal that got infected. I am a nervous nelly when it comes to my teeth and let Dr. Kari Brodsky know. She numbed me up "very well" and talked me thru it. I know and have heard root canals don't hurt, but its the hype you hear and getting yourself worked up about what they "do". and I did! ugh. Yes in the end everything was fine. Took a bit longer bc my roots were not straight! (of course, my luck) and I did feel like Kari punched me in the jaw the next couple days. (which that is what she said I would feel)!!! lol Great office and Staff!

Not only was my root canal painless, I actually fell asleep! However, Dr. Lang and Aliesha remained awake and did an incredible pain free job. They even made me laugh! I had a 30 year old root canal that developed a fistula. My regular dentist told me the tooth would probably have to be removed and replaced with an implant but referred me to Dr Lang for a second opinion. Dr Lang painlessly fixed the tooth and fistula, and saved me from a very expensive procedure. He has a friendly staff, a comfortable office and is punctual with his appointments. My regular dentist gave Dr Lang this compliment by saying, "If Dr Lang practiced regular dentistry I would lose every patient I referred."

What a surprise! Absolutely painless! I have experienced many dental procedures (fillings, braces, peridontal surgery, implant surgery) and this was by far the easiest procedure I have ever had done. Thank you Dr. Lang and Jenn and keep rocking to that country music :-)

I was aware and comfortable about everything being doing before, during and after my treatment because of Dr. Lang and his teams extensive knowledge and communciation skills. He and his dental assistant, Jackie, made certain I understood what was taking place and without pain throughout. They did an amazing job. I was anxious for my appointment, but Dr. Lang and his staff made me feel at ease. The front desk staff (Lisa) are excellant as well. They are very polite, patient and informative. I even received a follow-up phone call the next day making certain I was okay and any pain I was experiencing was being managed appropriately with the pain managment prescriptions Dr. Lang prescribed. All in all it was a great experience. I look foward to going back to the office for my check-up. I will be recommending Orchard Endodontics to all my family, friends and co-workers! Thank you!

I went to see Dr. Lang for a repair to my root canal. I was very apprehensive due to my previous experience from another endodontist. Dr. Lang immediately addressed my fears and made me feel comfortable with the process to repair my tooth. He did an excellent job and I felt no discomfort at all. I was very happy to have been under the care of Dr. Lang and his staff, Lisa and Jackie (sorry I forgot the other assistant's name). His hands were so light and skilled that I nearly fell asleep during a procedure. I have, sort of, a special case but Dr. Lang worked so hard to do what was right, without skipping a step even if it meant more time from him, and without giving me extra charge. I know my dental insurance was happy also. I would highly recommend him. In fact, he was highly recommended by my wife - the reason I met him.

I am not a good dental patient, going back to childhood. When I found out I needed a root canal, I was very upset, because I was terrified. Well,let me just say, I had it done today and couldn't be happier. Dr Lang and his nurse took great care of me. I received a referral for Dr. Lang after I told my dentist that I wanted "The Guy". My son had been through a very traumatic car accident and after admissions to two different hospitals, a brain injury, a broken ankle, collapsed lung, many cuts and bruises and a good case of retrograde amnesia to go along with it all, he still, upon discharge, had to deal with 5 broken teeth and cosmetic dentistry, to restore his smile. Unfortunately, one of the teeth needed a root canal. To say that my son was an anxious dental patient is the understatement of the year. He was literally shaking in the chair. I want to thank Dr. Lang and his staff for, what I refer to as "saving my life"! The nagging pain horseshoeing it's way around the side of my mouth for a year and a half, took a turn for the worse one morning with pain that I can only explain as a step next to death. I had taken many measures to correct this issue, several dentist appointments...even one to get a root canal only to be turned away because of my tolerance level to the cold test performed, then a medical doctor who misdiagnosed me w/TMJ. The pain this day was no longer reacting to medications, and could only be soothed by ice directly on the area. I felt if no one could help me, that I may not make it through the night. The referral I received to Dr. Lang's office was my last resort, and what ended up as a fabulous one. I am so greatful to Dr. Lang and his remarkable staff for fitting me in to an already booked schedule, the sincere interest in my issue, the explaination of procedure & answers given on what caused the pain, oh.. and of course the spa like treatment :) I did not feel a thing during my root canal, nor did I need any medication afterward or the next day, and best of all no more nagging pain. To call a root canal "awesome" sounds so over the top, and that's exactly what it was. In my mind they are hero's! I will definitely be asking for a referral to Dr. Lang's office for any dentistry work needed outside of my regular cleanings and fillings from now on.

I have heard so many horror stories about root canals and couldn't believe that at the age of 34 I had to have one. I was referred to Dr. Jay Lang and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Dr. Lang told me ahead of time what he was going to do and what I would feel. This helped ease my fears, and it wasn't bad at all - he clearly knew what he was doing! I was even able to eat that night and have had no problems since. I am now very eager to share my story when I hear people talk about their horrible experience or their fears to have one done. Dr. Jay Lang is the only Endodontist I would have perform a root canal. I have always been an anxious dental patient, whether it has been for a cleaning or a simple cavity. I scheduled my family vacation around Dr. Jay doing the procedure, as I live in Florida!

I was pretty nervous when I came to the realization that I needed a root canal. Since I'm in the dental profession, you'd think it would make me more comfortable. Unfortunately that was not the case...I knew too much not to be concerned about who was going to be taking care of me. It didn't take me long to choose Dr. Lang, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. My experience was great from start to finish. I called the office at 3pm in a lot of pain. Dr. Lang was able to get me in right away. When I arrived at the office, I quickly filled out all my medical forms on a laptop. In the operatory, Dr. Lang used a large monitor to help show me what he had to do. To keep me calm and prepared, he kept me informed of what he was doing throughout the entire procedure. In the end, what I feared was going to be a horrible and painful experience, turned out to be rather ok (as far as root canals go). But that's not where it ends. Dr. Lang personally called me the next day to see how I was doing! I can't say enough about Dr. Lang and his staff. They were wonderful! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a root canal.
