At Orchard Endodontics, our practice management software allows our referring doctors to have immediate online access to their patients’ records including their radiographs, prescriptions, appointment status and treatment reports. This enables us to have a seamless line of communication between our office and yours, working together as a team dedicated to comprehensive dental care for our patients.

If you are referring to our office for the first time, please call us at 586-739-3636 or email frontdesk@orchardendodontics.com and we will be happy to assign you a Doctor ID and password. We can also explain the numerous benefits of being a registered doctor and where you can find your patients' information in the system.

You may also refer patients to our office by downloading and completing the Referral Slip For your convenience, this form can be faxed, emailed, or mailed to our office. We can also provide you with booklets of referral forms. Please call 586-739-3636 or email frontdesk@orchardendodontics.com and we will get your referral book in the mail right away.
